A simple and easy way to do a pork roast and use it for sandwiches or in another dish. All you need is some apple juice and a sliced onion, and you're ready to go.

Ingredients
  

  • Pork roast - any size you need
  • 1 onion - sliced
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup apple juice depending on how large your roast is

Instructions
 

  • Place pork roast into crock pot or slow cooker
  • Place sliced onions on top
  • Pour apple juice over the roast
  • Cover
  • Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours
  • Remove from cooker
  • Shred using a meat handler OR put into a mixer, using wire whisks and turn for about a minute
  • Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce on the side
